Music Color Vibration Spectrum

Everyone loves music, but most people don't know that each note in a music scale has a corresponding colour that matches it. There are 7 colours in the primary spectrum, and 7 notes in a primary scale. The tone of each musical octave can be translated into a corresponding colour wavelength.

A man who is colour blind uses a webcam on his head to see colours. "At university I went to a cybernetics lecture by Adam Montandon, a student from Plymouth University, and asked if we could create something so I could see colour. He came up with a simple device, made up of a webcam, a computer and a pair of headphones and created software that would translate any colour in front of me into a sound.

If we were all to hear the frequency of red, for example, we would hear a note that is in between F and F sharp. Red is the lowest frequency colour and the highest is violet. At the moment, I can see 360 colours and I have extended this to infrared so I can hear colours that human eyes cannot see. I'm currently working on seeing ultraviolet, which is very important because it can damage our skin."

A study was done testing its validity. Seventy-one participants were presented sine wave tones along with seven on-screen colored boxes. Participants chose which color “fit best” with each presented tone. Color choices from ten exposures to each tone across 80 trials indicated an inverse audio-visual sensory processing relationship between wavelength and frequency of light versus wavelength and frequency of sound. Analyses suggest a consistent and symmetrical data pattern revealing a quasi-linear relationship between pitch and color that suggests a natural, stable, and universal auditory/visuo-sensory neurological processing algorithm for simple tones when presented with basic colors.

Another study conducted 3 experiments to determine that being able to see colours is a universal mechanism that each person has the ability to sense. "Overall, the results support the conclusion that this form of synaesthesia recruits some of the same mechanisms used in normal cross-modal perception rather than using direct, privileged pathways between unimodal auditory and unimodal visual areas that are absent in most other adults."

There is this awesome CD that is made for meditation that matches the vibrational frequency in Hertz (sound waves) with the vibrational frequency of the colour of the energy systems in the body (chakras) in TeraHertz (light waves). In other words, the sound and tones of the colour of the chakra is played to stimulate that energy system during meditation to promote spiritual and physical health. Music therapy is an allied health profession and one of the expressive therapies, consisting of a process in which a music therapist uses music and all of its facets - physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual - to help people improve their physical and mental health.

Music. Nada yoga. Ritambara pragna. Chakras.

Music therapists primarily help clients improve their health in several domains, such as cognitive functioning, motor skills, emotional development, social skills, and quality of life, by using music experiences such as free improvisation, singing, and listening to, discussing, and moving to music to achieve treatment goals.

Neuroscience, called "neurological music therapy" (NMT)

Music Therapy can play an important role during pregnancy. At just 16 weeks, a fetus is able to hear their mother's speech as well as singing. Through technologies, such as ultrasound, health care professionals are able to observe the movements of the unborn child responding to musical stimuli. Through these fetal observations, we see that the baby is capable of expressing its needs, preferences, and interests through movements in the womb. At the beginning of the second trimester, the ear structure is fully matured. By this time, the fetus will begin to hear not only maternal sounds, but also vibrations of instruments.

Prenatal Stress Relief: Pregnant women may experience high levels of stress which can negatively affect the baby. This will cause the body to release Norepinephrine and Cortisol hormones which will increase blood pressure and weaken the immune system of both mother and child.

Maternal-Fetal Bonding : Communication between the mother and fetus is essential during pregnancy. One way of strengthening the bond between the two is through music therapy. Music stimulation helps to develop the fetus's nervous system, structurally and functionally.

Electronic voice phenomena studies have shown that the father's voice engages the fetus from feet to the abdomen - which will lead the baby to start walking at a younger age.

The mother's voice engages the fetus from waist to head which will strengthen the baby's neck and upper limbs. Not only does prenatal singing benefit the fetus, it also help produce endorphins that automatically reduce the perception of pain and help relax breathing.

In 1962, Dr. T. C. Singh, head of the Botany Department at India's Annamalia University, experimented with the effect of musical sounds on the growth rate of plants. He found that balsam plants grew at a rate that accelerated by 20% in height and 72% in biomass when exposed to music.

He initially experimented with classical music. Later, he experimented with raga music (improvisations on a set of rhythms and notes) played on flute, violin, harmonium, and reena , an Indian instrument. He found similar effects.

Singh repeated the experiment with field crops using a particular type of raga played through a gramophone and loudspeakers. The size of crops increased to between 25 to 60% above the regional average.

He also experimented on the effects of vibrations caused by bare-foot dancing. After exposed to dancers performed Bharata-Natyam , India's most ancient dance style, with no musical accompaniment, several flowering plants, including petunias and marigold, flowered two weeks earlier that controlled plants.

The hypersonic effect is a phenomenon reported in a controversial scientific study which claims that, although humans cannot consciously hear ultrasound (sounds at frequencies above approximately 20 kHz ) the presence or absence of those frequencies has a measurable effect on their physiological and psychological reactions.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypersonic_effect

Musicology, Ethnomusicology can benefit from psychological approaches to the study of music cognition in different cultures.

psychoacoustics and sensation , cognitive theories of how people understand music.

Psychoacoustics is the scientific study of sound perception.

Neuropsychological and neuroimaging studies have shown that the motor regions of the brain contribute to both perception and production of rhythms.

The human ear can nominally hear sounds in the range 20Hz (0.02 kHz) to 20,000 Hz (20 kHz). The upper limit tends to decrease with age; most adults are unable to hear above 16 kHz. The lowest frequency that has been identified as a musical tone is 12 Hz under ideal laboratory conditions. Tones between 4 and 16 Hz can be perceived via the body's sense of touch.

Sound localization is the process of determining the location of a sound source. The brain utilizes subtle differences in loudness, tone and timing between the two ears to allow us to localize sound sources.

The term was first coined by Alfred A. Tomatis who used Mozart's music as the listening stimulus in his work attempting to cure a variety of disorders.

The concept of the "Mozart effect" was described by French researcher Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis in his 1991 book Pourquoi Mozart? ( Why Mozart? ). He used the music of Mozart in his efforts to "retrain" the ear, and believed that listening to the music presented at differing frequencies helped the ear, and promoted healing and the development of the brain.

A 1997 Boston Globe article mentioned some of the Rauscher and Shaw results. It described one study in which three- and four-year-olds who were given eight months of private piano lessons scored 34% higher on tests of spatio-temporal reasoning than control groups given computer lessons, singing lessons, and no training.

The 1997 book by Don Campbell, "The Mozart Effect: Tapping the Power of Music to Heal the Body, Strengthen the Mind, and Unlock the Creative Spirit", discusses the theory that listening to Mozart (especially the piano concertos) may temporarily increase one's IQ and produce many other beneficial effects on mental function. Campbell recommends playing specially selected classical music to infants, in the expectation that it will benefit their mental development.

After The Mozart Effect, Campbell wrote a follow-up book,
The Mozart Effect For Children, and created related products. Among these are collections of music that he states harness the Mozart effect to enhance "deep rest and rejuvenation", "intelligence and learning", and "creativity and imagination".

Campbell defines the term as "an inclusive term signifying the informational powers of music in health, education, and well-being. It represents the general use of music to reduce stress, depression, or anxiety; induce relaxation or sleep; activate the body; and improve memory or awareness.

Innovative and experimental uses of music and sound can improve listening disorders, dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, autism, and other mental and physical disorders and diseases".

984 Human Evolution

Science proves that man has evolved from monkeys (chimpanzees)
Eventually man will also be evolved in the coming future, to become a better species.

We can see that evolution was due to improved thinking of brains.
Due to Constructive Thinking of our Minds.
Towards better standards of Living.
Improved purification and capacity of our senses.
Better body shapes, looks and senses (eyes, nose, mouth, etc)

Can we imagine what might be our future species.
Obviously with improved physical and psychological behaviors.

Most interesting thing to notice is:
Evolution towards Peace with Love and Compassion.
Evolution was possible with peaceful healing.
To create better improved things of Life.

Anger and hatred are destructive.
History proves that only peaceful ones have evolved.
Love is Positive growth, and anger is negative.

Intelligence is natures creation.

Which can be either Constructive or Destructive.
Constructive intelligence Leads towards Peace.
God is a concept of constructive optimism created by humans.
All religions were invented by humans to help humans to Live a better Life.
Thus none of the religions are perfect,
But they are constantly evolved towards Peace.

We always talk about "spiritual evolution" and transmutation,
but are we as human beings actually evolving? Is there any way to prove this?

A phenomenon in psychology know as the "Flynn Effect" is an effect where,
the global population is having a 3 point per decade increase in IQ scores.
This means that the tests and examinations in schools have to continuously be made more difficult in order to keep the average score at 100.
This effect has been empirically studied in over 20 different countries over the course of 100 years.
The most important point is that Flynn discovered that "the increase is most striking for tests measuring the ability to recognize abstract, non-verbal patterns".
This means, this cannot be explained by people reading more, or using the internet to gain more knowledge.
Non-verbal patterns have to do with symbolism, intuition, and creativity.
This effect remains unexplained, and is one piece of evidence to prove our consciousness may be evolving.

In terms of the actual DNA evolution, there is also a great deal of evidence to demonstrate this is happening.
John Hawks, Anthropology professor at the University of Wisconsin, found that human evolution has occurred 100 times faster in the last 5000 years then any other period in history.
This rapid evolution has led to our DNA changing by fully 7%. One of his most shocking finds, was that "we are more different genetically from people living 5,000 years ago than they were different from Neanderthals."

A separate study also showed the same thing. "We used a new genomic technology to show that humans are evolving rapidly, and that the pace of change has accelerated a lot in the last 40,000 years, especially since the end of the Ice Age roughly 10,000 years ago," says research team leader Mr Henry Harpending, a distinguished professor of anthropology at the University of Utah.
The human race is undergoing a massive evolution right now, and these are a few of many sources that tell us this.
Perhaps we are witnessing the prophecies of apotheosis and soul transmutation in action.

Compared to any other animal in planet earth, human is the only animal capable to control the emotions in mind, and to take the correct decisions after analysis. Having higher intelligence compared to other animals. Which makes humans superior than other animals. Being a male is by birth, but being a gentleman is by choice. Being gentle and humble is by choice.

Couples Look Similar

Have you ever wondered why couples who are married for a long time begin to look a lot like each other?

Web Link:

https://goo.gl/YSGpWA

http://inspire-manoj-kumar-kargudri.blogspot.com/2013/02/similar-couples.html

A study done by Dr. Robert Zajonc, a psychologist at the University of Michigan, may have the answer.

In the study, people were presented a random array of photographs of faces, with the backgrounds blacked out, and were instructed to match the men with the women who most closely resembled them.

Two dozen of the photographs were of couples when first married. Another two dozen were of the same couples 25 years later. Most taken around the time of their silver wedding anniversary.

What they found as that judges. Who had no knowledge of who was who. Were able to match husbands and wives far more often when the couples were older. Than when they were younger.

Zajonc proposes that. People, often unconsciously, mimic the facial expressions of their spouses in a silent empathy. And that, over the years, sharing the same expressions, shapes the face similarly.

Evidence for mimicry of expressions. Has come from research by Olaf Dimberg. A psychologist in Sweden. Who measured the tension levels in the facial muscles of volunteers, while they were shown photographs of various facial expressions.

When the volunteers saw an angry face, for instance, their facial muscles mimicked the anger. Often to a degree that was invisible but was measurable by electronic devices.

This means that if you live with someone who is angry all the time. Will not only effect you energetically, but also physiologically as well.

993 Heartbeat detected by others Brain

When the mother placed her attention on the baby that she became more sensitive to the  electromagnetic signals generated by the infant’s heart.

The study explored the potential to measure energetic heart-brain interactions that may be occurring between a mother and her infant.

It was found that the brain waves of the mother as determined by their emotional coherence would synchronize to the babies heartbeat.

Electromagnetic waves produced by one person’s heartbeat can be detected by the brains and nervous systems of others around them.

These results add to the growing data suggesting that the electromagnetic fields produced by the heart may be a source of information exchange between people, and that this exchange is influenced by our emotions.

Take care of your thoughts while in presence of your child. If you walk around the house stressed out from work all day and carrying negative feelings in your heart, your baby will feel it. And we wonder why they cry so much....

How does your DNA create what you are?

What does this have to do with the Law of Attraction?
How does it work scientifically.

Left Brain vs Right Brain.

Left brain:
I am the left brain. I am a scientist. A mathematician.
I love the familiar. I categorize. I am accurate.
Linear. Analytical. Strategic. I am practical.
Always in control. A master of words and language.
Realistic. I calculate equations and play with numbers.
I am order. I am logic. I know exactly who I am.

Right brain:
I am the right brain. I am creativity. A free spirit.
I am passion. Yearning. Sensuality.
I am the sound of roaring laughter. I am taste.
The feeling of sand beneath bare feat. I am movement.
Vivid colors. I am the urge to paint on an empty canvas.
I am boundless imagination. Art. Poetry. I sense.
I feel. I am everything I wanted to be.

Left brain is always safe and better.
Thus right brain must be controlled by the Left brain.
Meditation is a technique to enhance Left brain.
To convert craziness into humbleness.
To properly use the creativity, spirit, passion and colors.
To enhance the better progress of Humanity with brotherhood.

I think Human Mind is wild and crazy, it has no boundaries, it is not tamed,
and it can thus think and dream with infinite limitations.
Thus we should stick to principals in order to have a healthy and controlled mind, body and soul.
That is what we call as meditation,
in other words cleansing and controlling our ideas
and channelizing our thoughts in the right direction,
to achieve our humble objective, with optimism, brotherhood, love and compassion.
To walk on the right path of life.
In other words, implementing meditation in our everyday life, also called as KARMA.
What we sow is what we reap.
It is very important to be a role model, so that others can follow on these foot prints.

Benefits of Meditation.

Finding peace and stillness within yourself is CRUCIAL to your bodies health.

90% of all diseases and illnesses are caused or aggravated by stress.

Meditation is a great way to restore balance in our body naturally.

Some of the benefits of meditation are, we don't get blood pressure, health problems stop, mind becomes clear, intuition develops, obstacles are removed, mental peace and happiness is achieved.

The benefits of meditation are literally endless, these are just a few of them.

Link to this article.
Benefits of Meditation.
https://goo.gl/MBwziv

Did you know that meditation is scientifically proven to:

- Overcome stress (University of Massachusetts Medical School, 2003)

- Boost creativity (ScienceDaily, 2010)

- Improve sex life and increase libido (The Journal of Sexual Medicine, 2009)

- Cultivate healthy habits that lead to weight loss (Journal Emotion, 2007)

- Improve digestion and lower blood pressure (Harvard Medical School)

- Decrease your risk of heart attack
(The Stroke Journal, 2009)

- Help overcome anxiety, depression, anger and confusion
(Psychosomatic Medicine, 2009)

- Decrease perception of pain and improve cognitive processing
(Wake Forest University School of Medicine, 2010)

- Increase your focus and attention (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 2007)

- Increase the size of our brain. (Harvard University Gazette, 2006)

Meditation increases gray matter in the parts of the brain related to attention and processing sensory input, it slows brain deterioration.

By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances.

Gradually we develop mental equilibrium. A balanced mind that is happy all
the time. Rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.

If we train in meditation systematically, eventually we will be able to eradicate from our mind the delusions that are the causes of all our problems and suffering. In this way, we will come to experience a permanent inner peace. Known as “liberation” or “nirvana”.

Then, day and night in
life after life, we will experience only peace and happiness.

Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems as if our mind is like a balloon in the wind. Blown here and there by external circumstances. If things go well, our mind is happy, but if they go badly,
it immediately becomes unhappy.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort. We will experience true happiness.

If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more peaceful. We will experience a purer form of happiness.

Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

We humans consist of materialized energy. We emit different frequencies from different states of being. Our mood, our beliefs and
thoughts, our alignment with truth. All of this makes up our energy signature.

Brain activity can be measured with an EEG and when we practice meditation we can learn to enter different states, generating different frequencies in the brain. Our brain waves differ all the time. When we sleep, when we
learn, and when we are joyful.

Significance of breath at meditation: Breathing is normally an unconscious process. Breath is the link between the body, mind and spirit. When the mind is free of fear, guilt and anger, and is more centered, then it can heal the system of any ailment. Through the practice of breathing techniques, we can learn to consciously govern the breath so that it brings harmony into our body, mind and spirit.

Hugs and Affection can reduce Blood Pressure

Hugs and Affection can reduce Blood Pressure.
Hugging someone also releases Oxycontin (feel good hormone).
Reduce the harmful physical effects of stress.
Improves memory due to the lowered stress levels.
It scientifically improves the health.

The science of love. Did you know hugs and affection can dramatically reduce blood pressure and improve the health of your heart?

Hugging someone also releases Oxycontin, which is also known as the feel-good hormone. This Oxycontin chemical is actually somewhat contagious:
"Studies have shown that children whose mothers have been given extra Oxycontin have higher levels of the hormone themselves, i.e. solely as a result of the mother’s behavior.”
says neurophysiologist Jürgen Sandkühler,
Head of the Center for Brain Research at the Medical University of Vienna.

A brief hug and 10 minutes of hand holding with a romantic partner greatly reduce the harmful physical effects of stress, according to a study reported by the American Psychosomatic Society.

Hugging is also been linked to improved memory due to the lowered stress levels. Hugging and showing love is more than just emotionally healthy for you, it can also scientifically improve the health of your body.

Dear Mr Mukesh Ambani,
You have recently sent a defamation notice to a number of TV channels. Their “crime” is that they aired the press conference held on the 31st October 2012 and 9th November 2012, by Prashant Bhushan and me, live. In our press conference, we presented before the country how you had illegally pressurized the government into increasing gas prices. We also told the country that your associates and your companies have accounts in Swiss banks where black money had been stashed away. Many TV channels aired our expose live.  All these TV channels have now received defamation notices from you....Continue Reading: http://aamaadmiparty.wordpress.com/2013/01/24/arvind-kejriwals-letter-to-mukesh-ambani/

Charlie Chaplin ~ A MESSAGE FOR ALL OF HUMANITY

Read Article:
http://inspire-manoj-kargudri.blogspot.com/2013/01/charlie-chaplin.html

(Charlie Chaplin):
I'm sorry but I don't want to be an emperor. That's not my business. I don't want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone if possible; Jew, Gentile, black men, white. We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each others' happiness, not by each other's misery. We don't want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.

Greed has poisoned men's souls; has barricaded the world with hate; has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge as made us cynical; our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost. The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in man; cries out for universal brotherhood; for the unity of us all.

Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world, millions of despairing men, women, and little children, victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people. To those who can hear me, I say "Do not despair." The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.

Soldiers! Don't give yourselves to brutes, men who despise you and enslave you; who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think and what to feel! Who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder! Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men---machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle! You are men! You have a love of humanity in your hearts! You don't hate! Only the unloved hate; the unloved and the unnatural.

Soldiers! Don't fight for slavery! Fight for liberty! In the seventeenth chapter of St. Luke, it's written "the kingdom of God is within man", not one man nor a group of men, but in all men! In you! You, the people, have the power, the power to create machines, the power to create happiness! You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure. Then in the name of democracy, let us use that power.

Let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfill their promise. They never will! Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people! Now let us fight to fulfill that promise! Let us fight to free the world! To do away with national barriers! To do away with greed, with hate and intolerance! Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men's happiness.

Soldiers, in the name of democracy, let us all unite!
